About

bringer.ru

A set of online tools for text, numbers, dates, money and colour. No ads, no sign-up, no extra buttons.

01

Why this exists

Most similar sites are a mess of banners, redirects and email-capture forms. A tool that should work in three seconds turns into a test of patience.

We decided to do it differently: one tool, one page. Everything is computed in the browser, nothing you type is sent to a server. Open, do, close.

02

Principles

Fast
The page should load faster than you notice it loading.
Honest
We don't collect data, show ads or sell subscriptions. The tools are free and will stay that way.
Clear
No settings for settings' sake. If a feature needs instructions, we designed it wrong.
03

How the site is built

All tools run client-side — in your browser. A company number in the requisites checker, a salary in the income-tax calculator, a token in the JWT decoder — none of it leaves your device.

The site has no third-party trackers except Yandex Metrica, and that one loads only after you consent. It helps us understand which tools people actually need.

04

What's next

We keep adding tools — one at a time: each one must work well before the next appears.

What has been added and what changed in the existing tools — in the What's new log.

05

What we store

We record
  • the name of the tool you opened, and the time
  • the section of the tool, if you opened one: filler script, QR code type
  • the event type: opened, used, took the result (copied or downloaded)
  • the class of referrer: search engine, promo site, direct visit, link inside the site
  • the campaign label from the link, when we published that link with one
  • the name of the tool opened in the same tab before this one
  • the interface language and whether the device is mobile or desktop
  • catalogue search queries, except those that look like personal data
We do not record
  • your IP address or User-Agent
  • the full address of the page you came from
  • anything you type into the tools
  • identifiers or tracking cookies
We do not know how many people use the site — only how many times each tool was opened. There is exactly one link between records: the pair “previous tool → current one” within a single tab, which shows what people use back to back. No one's path can be assembled from those pairs: the records share no identifier. Where you came from is worked out by your own browser: the server receives one short word such as “yandex” or “reddit”, while the full address of the other page never leaves your device and is stored nowhere. Separately: Yandex Metrica loads only after you consent and collects data under its own rules.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data sent to a server?
No. The text you type stays in your browser: conversion, password generation and QR building all run locally. Only a little is sent: the name of the tool you opened, what you did with it (opened, used, copied), the class of referrer, the language and the device type — the full list is in «What we store» above. The contents of the fields never are. There is one obvious exception: the Network page shows your IP address, and that cannot be known without asking the server.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no limit on how much you use the tools. Favourites are stored in the browser itself, so no account is needed — and on another device the list will be its own.
Does it work offline?
A page already open in your browser keeps working without a connection: the computation is local. There is no dedicated offline mode, so you cannot navigate to another tool or reload the page while offline.
Is it free? Will there be ads?
It is free. There are no ads and none are planned, no paid features and no subscriptions. We do not ask for your email and do not send newsletters.
Where does the data in the generators come from?
The person generator and Lorem Ipsum build their data locally from built-in dictionaries — nothing is requested from outside. The data is invented: the names, addresses, phone numbers and document numbers belong to nobody and are only good for tests and mockups.
How accurate are the calculations?
The formulas are open, covered by tests and based on the rates in force: VAT uses the table with the 22% rate effective 1 January 2026, income tax the 2026 progressive scale for employment income. The result is still a reference, not a ruling. The salary calculator knows nothing about your deductions, the type of payment or your employer's accounting policy, and the requisites checker verifies the checksums of Russian tax and registry numbers — it can tell you a number is well-formed, not that it belongs to anyone. For a tax office, a bank or a court you need the original document, not our page.
